In this session, we’ll break down what ADHD really is (hint: it’s not a character flaw or a willpower issue) and how it tends to show up at home, at school, and in relationships. You’ll learn what’s happening in the ADHD brain and walk away with practical, doable strategies to support executive function, reduce daily friction, and help ADHD kids and adults feel more capable and understood. Speaker Martha Hoffman is a former educator with 20+ years of experience and the founder of Martha Hoffman Coaching.
