Our next newborn cohort will be kicking off soon! Cohorts include 3+ months of weekly in-person meet ups + weekly Zoom sessions with expert speakers on breastfeeding, infant sleep, postpartum recovery and more! Cohorts are hyper-local with an average of 30+ Greater Petworth families. You do NOT need to live in Petworth to participate! With over 15 years in DC and experience managing large-scale projects for government and nonprofit organizations in the U.S. and abroad, he brings a thoughtful, service-oriented approach to his work. Scott focuses on helping families set priorities, create a plan, and track progress toward meaningful financial goals.
Petworth Peanuts 6th Birthday Party!

As always, our annual celebration will include breakfast items, kid-friendly snacks and drinks, cupcakes/cake, kids' games and activities, and of course access to a community playground! Martha Hoffman is a former educator with over 20 years of experience and the founder of Martha Hoffman Coaching, where she helps ADHD adults, parents, and partners build practical systems that actually stick. In this session, she’ll explore mental load and invisible labor and share a concrete approach to rebalancing household responsibilities in a way that feels fair, sustainable, and reduces resentment.
Bhangra / Bollywood Dance Series
Starting June 6th - member discount
Join Peanut member and talented dance instructor Anisha Singh for this inagural series of Bollywood/Bhangra dance classes specially designed for kids ages 4-12! This 8-week class series will take place on Saturday mornings and classes will be split by age group. For more information and/or to register, click here. Annual Spring Eggstravaganza
April 4th (tentatively), 10a - 12:30pm
It's our most eggciting and peepular event of the year - our HUGE annual egg hunt! This members-only Eggstravaganza includes 3-5,000 filled easter eggs, tons of free kids entertainment, live music, a soft play area, yard games, crafts, and of course...the Bunny himself! This event is members only and tickets are required. Please stay tuned for more information and registration!
