Integrated Schools: DC parents face an overwhelming number of school choices, often shaped by unspoken assumptions about race, class, and privilege. Conversations about “good” or “bad” schools—and the pressure to secure what’s “best” for our kids—can unintentionally reinforce inequity. Integrated Schools helps families with racial and economic privilege align their values with their actions by supporting meaningfully integrated public schools. Join us for a conversation about navigating DC’s complex school landscape, finding like-minded families, and building a more just and joyful public education system together.
